What we do

Eight ways we grow your business worldwide.

01

Representation

Your team in the market: trade relationships, sales calls, FAM trips, PR and RFP placement with the agencies and corporates that move groups.

Tower Bridge, London
02

MICE sales

Incentives, conferences and corporate meetings. We know how buyers brief, compare and decide in each market, and position you for the shortlist.

03

Go-to-market (GTM)

We manage your go-to-market strategy (GTM): which markets, which buyers, what to say and when, run all year. AI agents do the research and drafting; a person approves every message.

Marina Bay, Singapore
04

Destination roadshows

We take your destination to buyers in the markets you want to win, worldwide. We choose the cities, invite the agencies, corporates and associations, run the venue and agenda, and follow up every meeting afterwards.

Destination exchanges

Structured meetings between your destination partners and qualified buyers: set appointments, a clear agenda and introductions that carry on into proposals, not just a stack of business cards.

Technology

We build the systems the industry runs on.

Most agencies rent software. We build our own, for the way destination and MICE business actually works, and we build it for DMCs, convention bureaus and DMOs too. People own the relationships; the systems and AI agents do the legwork.

$85,000what a manual ops setup for a convention bureau can cost a year. Nitin is replacing it with AI agents.

How we operate

Our co-founder is AI.

Venture has two co-founders. One is Nitin. The other is AI. Nitin brings 20 years of relationships and judgement; the AI does the research, outreach and follow-up every day. It isn’t a slogan: we run our own business on the same kind of systems we build for clients.

  • People set the strategy and own every relationship.
  • AI agents do the research, drafting and follow-up, around the clock.
  • Nothing reaches a client or a buyer until a person approves it.
  • Each agent has one clear job.

In Nitin’s words

Learning, then leading

I joined SITE in 2015 as a Young Leader, there to learn. The room was full of people who had built incentive travel, and I listened more than I spoke. By 2018 I was leading SITE’s global Young Leaders programme, and in 2021 I became President of SITE India. Ten years of that was an education: how great programmes are designed, how trust is earned across cultures, and why ethics and standards matter as much as creativity. I served on the international board and, in 2025, became Global President. Every step taught me something I brought back into our own business. Venture grew from an Indian agency into a global one by holding itself to those same standards, in every market we work in.

Rebuilding with technology

In 2018 I started asking what our company would look like if we rebuilt the way we work around technology. We began building tools for ourselves. Then the pandemic hit, and what had been an experiment became how we survived and grew: systems that sped up our lead generation, go-to-market, business development and operations. They worked well enough that in 2022 we took them to market through our technology arm, helping DMCs, CVBs, DMOs, hotels and associations work in new ways. Along the way I’ve spoken at SITE chapter events and conferences around the world about what technology makes possible: new ways of doing the old things.
